The TriviaRun game for iPhone is similar to a Poker Run, except that instead of a playing card, a trivia question is delivered when you reach a designated game location. A poker run is an organized event where participants, usually using motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, boats, snowmobiles, horses, or other means of transportation must visit five checkpoints, drawing a playing card at each one. The object is to have the best poker hand at the end of the run. The event has a time limit, however the participants are not timed winning is purely a matter of chance. Game play consists of the following steps: 1) Game Maker creates a game. 2) Game Maker invites players. 3) Players install app and load game. 4) Players meet at the designated start location on the start date and time. 5) A trivia question is automatically presented to a player when the player is within 100 feet of a designated location. Please Note: During game time, this app will use the GPS in the background. Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
